Pony Express Christmas Card Run

Pony Express Christmas Card Run

In Review:

Casper-to-Glenrock leg

The Casper section of the National Pony Express Association will be including a Casper - to - Glenrock leg of their annual Christmas Card Run to Glendo and the journey points east this year. The Trails Center will serve as a collection point for folks wanting to have their postage-stamped Christmas cards/envelops carried by horseback across eastern Wyoming!

You'll find a collection box at the Trails Center, and it contents be collected by the Pony Express the day before Thanksgiving. Cards that are deposited must have a U.S. Postage stamp affixed, then the NPEA will stamp the envelope with their cancellation also.

The ride will take place on Saturday, November 30. The NPEA are hoping for 5,000 cards this year--which is way more that the 3,500 that they have seen in past year. There will be 15-18 riders total. Get ready and join us for this wonderful event!
